Here's How It Works!
You will receive one point for every $1 spent at Vandervest Custom Cycles on parts, service* and general merchandise departments, even on sale items! (Excludes taxes.) Points can be earned and redeemed at either Vandervest location.As you accumulate points you will become eligible to redeem Rider Rewards Coupons. The first coupon can be redeemed at 500 points. The more points you earn, the greater the reward! *Warranty, insurance repairs and labor are excluded.

Sale of Major Unit: Receive 100 Rewards Points when you purchase a preowned Harley-Davidson® motorcycle.
Exclusive offers available only to program members! Visit your account to check out different promotions that may be offered to earn extra bonus points! (Example: Double Points Day Promotion, Buy X Get X Free Promotion, etc.) Some exclusions and blackouts dates may apply.
Keep track of your points and redeem your coupons!
Visit www.vandervestcc.com and click on the Rider Rewards logo located on the right side of the menu bar portion of the website. A new window will open and provide simple instructions on how to activate your account. Once activated, you'll be able to log on, check point balances, and redeem coupons at your convenience. For in-store purchases, present your coupon to the cashier. For online purchases, notify us of your newly redeemed coupon. Upon verification, we will apply the coupon to your order.
Miscellaneous Conditions:
Rewards earned under the Rider Rewards Program cannot be credited to an account, redeemed for cash, or redeemed to gift cards. (Some special orders may also be excluded). Rider Reward Points can only be used by original purchaser. Picture ID may be required. Coupons must be redeemed within 30 days from print date.

Vandervest Custom Cycles reserves the right to discontinue Rider Rewards Program privileges and/or void all or a portion of a member's point balance if points have been issued, received, or redeemed through human or computer error, fraud or theft, through illegal means or in any manner inconsistent with the intent of the program. Vandervest Custom Cycles also reserves the right to modify or cancel the Rider Rewards Program. Your use of the program serves as acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
